Live-Support

To take part in a Live-Support-Session, you simply have to download the TeamViewer and start it:

What is Live-Support?

During Live-Support, you can see on screen, what your advisor is currently doing. In this way, the advisor is also able to answer particular questions regarding working with em.net emera, simply by demonstrating - without giving complicated explanations.

During one of those Live-Support-Sessions it is also possible to change the viewing angle, e.g. you show the demonstrator your desktop. Furthermore, you can also allow the demonstrator to remote control your computer via mouse and keyboard. In this way, even difficult to describe problems can be solved in no time.

How do I get Live-Support?

You cannot buy Live-Support. In individual cases, it is offered by your support demonstrator, if he deems it necessary.
